We are an industry friendly town one hundred miles east of Memphis, one hundred and twenty miles west of Nashville and forty miles south of I-40. US-Hwy 64 is four lanes east and west. We are 10 miles from US-Hwy 45 which is four lanes north and south, and Hwy 22 which runs north through Lexington, is in the process of being turned into a four lane to I-40.
We have over eighty five acres of level to gently rolling land that is available in our deal ready industrial park, with three phase electric power, natural gas, city water and sanitary sewer already on the site. Our area boasts a good, stable workforce, a Tennessee Technology Center four miles east, and branches of U.T. Martin and Jackson State Community College nearby.
