ADAMSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT 

The Adamsville Police Department consists of six full time officers and four full time dispatchers/jailers, with a fleet of six patrol cars. We cover fifty plus street miles. We take great pride in the fact that we have an extremely low crime rate in our town. Not only do we perform the duties of police officers, but we are very involved with other community affairs, especially our youth. If you are looking for a place to live and rear your children or a place to retire; you will not find a more peaceable town anywhere than ADAMSVILLE.  

ADAMSVILLE FIRE DEPARTMENT 

The Adamsville Fire Department is proud to serve our community as volunteers. The department organized in 1956 and has been active ever since. We keep a staff of trained Volunteer Firefighters that operate three certified pumpers capable of pumping 2500 gallons per minute with a tank capacity of 2250 gallons. We also serve as part of the county wide department and respond within a five mile radius of our station. We are state trained and have members that are level III certified firefighters, and our city has been rated class 7. The department is housed at City Hall. 

RESCUE SQUAD

The Rescue Squad is an all volunteer group of men and women that are the first response for all type of emergencies. We are trained in Emergency Medical Care, search and rescue, vehicle extrication, hazardous material etc.
